I am looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join my clients Maintenance team at their busy manufacturing plant in Staffordshire. This role requires a highly skilled individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for engineering.

Description
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose and repair faults to prevent production downtime.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the wider engineering team on various projects.
- Provide technical support and training to other team members.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing process.
MONDAY - FRIDAY - DAYS - 40 HOURS
Profile
You will be an experienced Maintenance Engineer/Technician, ideally with experience in a manufacturing environment, along with:
- A recognised qualification in Engineering discipline
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
