We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join one of our prestigious clients based in Stafford!
This is for a family run business that specialise in the dairy sector who supply to multiple businesses across the Midlands. Its a great opportunity to join a small, successful engineering team with excellent progression available.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent position!
What youll be doing
- Welding stainless steel to a high standard
- Working closely with the engineering team to fabricate parts for various machines
- Interpreting and working from engineering drawings
- Conducting thorough inspections of welds to ensure quality and precision
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and innovation
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workspace
Hours
4 on 4 off shift pattern working 8am-8pm (flexible)
Pay
£38,000 per annum
Skills/Experience Required
- Skilled in MIG or TIG welding
- Strong fabrication experience
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings accurately
- A valid UK driving licence
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong team player with effective communication skills
