JUNIOR SERVICE MANAGER

Our client is a well established business that are seeking a Junior Service Manager to join their team. They design, manufacture and install a super product.

The ideal candidate will be structured, well organised and proactive with strong problem solving skills and the ability to take ownership and resolve issues. Strong communication skills are essential and you will be a team player who is personable and outgoing. You will also be willing to learn new skills and develop, possessing a strong growth mindset.

Strong Microsoft Office skills required, University Degree preferred and lots of enthusiasm essential.

About the role

This role has four key job responsibilities:

1 Arranging the planned servicing of the company products. Their products require servicing once every six months or once every year. You will be responsible for managing these service visits for the business.

2 Arranging the site visits for products that have broken down. You will be responsible for answering incoming requests (via phone call or email) from customers requiring their product to be fixed.

3 Updating the customer once an engineer has attended site. You will be responsible for emailing the customer our engineer’s worksheet and letting them know the outcome of the site visit.

4 Being the first contact point for customers. You will be responsible for answering the telephone and dealing with customer enquiries.

Work hours:

Normal working hours will be 37.5 hours per week. (OFFICE BASED), 9am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch

Starting and finishing times can vary depending on the work location and trading hours of our customers.
