Junior Service Manager - Based in Staines!

Salary: £27,500 per annum

Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break)

About the Role: As Junior Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Arranging Planned Servicing: Managing service visits for products, which require servicing every six months or once a year.
  2. Arranging Site Visits for Breakdowns: Answering incoming requests (via phone call or email) from customers requiring their product to be fixed.
  3. Updating Customers: Emailing customers our engineer’s worksheet and letting them know the outcome of the site visit.
  4. First Contact Point for Customers: Answering the telephone and dealing with customer enquiries.
