Projects / Contracts Manager key Skills/ requirements:

Ensure the delivery of the projects within the budget and time scales specified
Experience as a Projects / Contracts Manager delivering social housing / planned maintenance projects
Focus on the motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget
Focus on quality, customer service and deliver
Driving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering of extra works
Client and tenant satisfaction
Process Management
Management of the customer
Have an understanding of the financials on the contract
SMSTS & NVQ Level 7 or equivalent
Knowledge of MS Project
