Salary Package: Up to €100K, car allowance, excellent benefits
Location: Cork
The Role:
We are working with a well-known construction specialist to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects valued between €50-100M. The ideal candidate will have the capability to manage projects end-to-end, working with the Contracts Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for project delivery, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Manage contract negotiations, claims, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Work closely with senior management and stakeholders to align project objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager delivering projects of similar scale (€50M+).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Expertise in contract law, procurement, and commercial management.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel for projects as required (Ireland).
