We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic and growing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) process to ensure operational excellence and timely deliveries.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned customer portfolio, providing high-quality support to both internal and external customers.

  • Manage customer orders through all stages of the process, ensuring they are processed according to company policies and delivered on time.

  • Proactively monitor open orders, addressing any disruptions in the supply chain, such as material availability or transportation issues.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to resolve issues and optimise customer experience.

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and expectations.

  • Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely cash collection and rebate management.

  • Drive process improvements and suggest simplification initiatives to enhance efficiency in customer service and order management.

  • Handle customer complaints in line with the complaint management process, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer service role within an international company or B2B environment (essential).

  • Fluency in additional languages is an asset but not required.

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
