If you're ready to get stuck in, work hard, enjoy the journey, and make a real difference, we'd love for you to join the team as a Customer Service Executive!As a Customer Service Executive (CSE), you will be a key member of the team, liaising directly with international customers and acting as a crucial link for internal business teams. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth business operations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute the entire order to cash (OTC) process with operational excellence, ensuring customer orders are processed smoothly and delivered on time.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned customer portfolio, both internally and externally, ensuring clear communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Process customer orders in line with company policies and track them through to delivery.
  • Actively monitor open orders, ensuring timely deliveries and proactively addressing any disruptions (such as material availability or transportation issues).
  • Monitor and manage customer order patterns, addressing any issues to align with demand and SOP processes.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance for export orders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and expectations.
  • Work with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Planning) and external service providers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to manage rebates and cash collection.
  • Suggest and collaborate on initiatives to simplify and improve the OTC process.
  • Manage and process customer complaints in accordance with company procedures, ensuring issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

About you?

  • Professional experience in a B2B or international customers services role within the chemical industry or similar.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous .
  • Experience in processing customer orders, following company policies, and managing the order through to delivery
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Eager to learn and adapt to changes.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
  • A friendly, team-oriented attitude, while also being able to work independently.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A bachelor's degree (preferably in Logistics)
