Sonic Summary

We are seeking an Electrician for a permanent role in social housing properties located in Staines and nearby areas.
The position involves installation, fault finding, testing and inspection, and repairs within tenanted domestic properties.
The successful candidate will earn a base salary of up to £44,100 and receive a van, fuel card, and uniform, along with 25 days of annual leave and bank holidays.
Candidates must possess NVQ Level 3, 18th edition, and 2391 or equivalent, along with previous social housing experience.
The role requires working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

We are looking for an Electrician to work in social housing properties in Staines and surrounding areas. This is a permanent role within tenanted domestic properties. The role consists of a variety of work such as installation, fault finding, testing and inspection, and repairs.The Electrician will receive:

Up to £44,100 base salary
Van, fuel card, uniform
25 days annual leave and bank holidays
Volunteering leave

The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:

Installation and repairs in domestic properties
Fault finding
Inspection and testing
Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

NVQ Level 3
18th edition
2391 or equivalent
Previous social housig experience
