Sonic Summary

We are seeking an Electrician for a permanent role in social housing properties in Staines and nearby areas.
The position offers a base salary of up to £44,100 along with a van, fuel card, and uniform.
Responsibilities include installation, fault finding, testing, inspection, and repairs in domestic properties.
Candidates must have NVQ Level 3, 18th edition, 2391 or equivalent, and previous social housing experience.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

We are looking for an Electrician to work in social housing properties in Staines and surrounding areas. This is a permanent role within tenanted domestic properties. The role consists of a variety of work such as installation, fault finding, testing and inspection, and repairs.

The Electrician will receive:

Up to 44,100 base salary
Van, fuel card, uniform
25 days annual leave and bank holidays
Volunteering leave

The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:

Installation and repairs in domestic properties
Fault finding
Inspection and testing
Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

We are really keen in speaking to any Electrician who has:

NVQ Level 3
18th edition
2391 or equivalent
Previous social housig experience
