We are seeking a Client Manager to join our dynamic and established firm. This role is perfect for a qualified ACA/ACCA professional with 2 years of post-qualification experience who is looking to engage directly with clients and manage a diverse portfolio. The successful candidate will be involved in everything from the ensuring preparation of accounts to client advisory and staff supervision.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide comprehensive business services to a portfolio of clients including Limited Companies, Partnerships, and Individuals.
  • Prepare year-end and management accounts, as well as VAT returns.
  • Ensure statutory compliance of clients in all accounts and taxation matters.
  • Prepare corporate and income tax returns and computations.
  • Conduct client meetings, offer advisory services, and handle correspondence.
  • Maintain technical standards through ongoing training and reading.
  • Promote the services of the firm and contribute to its growth.
  • Report to and liaise with the Partners on various matters.
  • Supervise junior and other support staff, including planning and monitoring of work, providing on-the-job training, and assessing job performance.
  • Manage the onboarding of new clients and maintain strong client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified ACA or ACCA with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and client-facing ability.
  • Strong technical proficiency in accountancy and taxation.
  • Effective supervision and delegation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and client-focused approach.
