Description

The Director of FP&A will be report in to the UK CFO and will be responsible for:

  • Develop, implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability that will provide the UK & Ireland leadership team
  • Manage, review and support on the preparation of the monthly leadership dashboard reporting, covering financial and operational performance.
  • Continually develop the dashboards to ensure the key data remains relevant, insightful and adds value while still maintaining a first class standard.
  • Manage and review the preparation of the monthly commentary.
  • Manage, co-ordinate and deliver the annual plan
  • Manage, co-ordinate and deliver an accurate and robust forecast on a quarterly basis
  • Develop, implement and maintain a long term robust planning model to support strategic business planning
  • Business Partner with all UK & Ireland directors, including the UK & Ireland CFO and General Manager, providing financial and commercial support.
  • Manage the operational reporting and analysis for the Business
  • Drive continuous improvement on processes
  • Provide the business with commercial and financial insight with the pricing strategy, investment appraisal, product and client profitability, deal structures and all other commercial aspects of the business.
  • Partner with the Head of Accounting and ensure a close working relationship is maintained with the Accounting team.
  • Lead and develop the FP&A team, managing directly and indirectly finance staff

Profile

The successful Director of FP&A will be:

  • A fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or equivalent
  • Demonstrable experience in FP&A within a global organisation
  • Prior team management/leadership experience
  • Strong Excel skills and practical POWERBI experience
  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
  • Happy to be hands on and in the detail

Job Offer

The Director of FP&A comes with a competitive base salary of £95,000-£100,000 plus £6,600 car allowance, 10% bonus, comprehensive benefits package and hybrid working of 3 days in the office.
