We are looking for a proactive and dynamic professional with 5-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, who can take ownership of financial management tasks, drive performance, and add strategic value to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and streamline financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Develop and maintain business planning models, growth projections, and cost analysis.
- Prepare detailed investor reports and dashboards to provide key insights.
- Manage accounts receivable and support month-end/year-end closings.
- Lead the creation of robust business cases and fact sheets to aid decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive financial performance improvements.
- A professional qualification in ACCA or CIMA (essential).
- 5-10 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, such as Finance Manager, Management Accountant, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
- Must have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
- Competitive salary within the range of £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
