We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Head of Financial Planning and Analysis. The role will provide leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across the business and business partner closely with the SLT to provide financial insights and drive decision making.

The role will provide Finance Business Partnering to the CMO, CIO, COO and CEO driving commercial strategies and providing proactive insight and guidance.

Provide financial input and support to business cases and track delivery to the investment and business plans.

The role will lead the Group Financial Planning team, owning the annual group budget process ensuring this aligns with the strategic plan and delivering the monthly reporting and analytics highlighting risks and opportunities to plan.

Manage and develop the FP&A team and build relationships with the in-country teams

The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant (ACMA, ACA or equivalent) or MBA qualified with strong Business Partnering and FP&A exposure. Previous experience of driving commercial decisions across SLT teams and FP&A process improvements and automation projects would be highly beneficial.
