Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and addressing their needs.
- Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Oversee client projects and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Supervise and support a team of accountants, offering guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress to meet targets.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and resource management within the practice.
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and financial management processes.
- Identify opportunities for client growth and service expansion.
- Contribute to marketing efforts and attend networking events.
Qualifications:
- ACA/ACCA or similar qualification preferred.
- Strong experience in a managerial role within an accountancy practice.
- Excellent client management and leadership skills.
