Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships and liaise with clients and insurers on a daily basis
- Process mid-term adjustments and handle general administration
- Ensure all communications, documents, and invoices are issued in compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Considerable experience in the Corporate Insurance industry, including SME Motor, Property, and Liability
- Proven track record in providing quality service to clients for renewal and new business insurance arrangements
- Strong knowledge of Acturis
Day-to-Day:As a Senior Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for maintaining client and insurer relationships, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
