- FORKLIFT DRIVER - COUNTERBALANCE FLT - JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Loading and unloading vehicles carrying a variety of cargo using a forklift truck and other mechanical equipment.
- Forklift driver with additional warehouse duties.
- Use hand-held devices to locate and identify cargo.
- Process paperwork in accordance with our clients' requirements.
- Handling special cargo products.
- Building and breaking pallets.
- Manual handling.
- Preparing and palletizing cargo as needed.
- FORKLIFT DRIVER - COUNTERBALANCE FLT - ABOUT YOU:
- Must have valid Forklift certificate - counterbalance.
- Have flexible and enthusiastic approach to work and enjoy working as part of team in a fast-paced environment.
- Opportunity to develop and progress within the role.

- Use of safe Manual Handling techniques.
- Willingness to use Mechanical Handling Equipment.

- In line with CAA regulations, you will be required to undergo the following prior to commencing work:
- Basic UK criminal record check.
- An overseas criminal record check will be required for any period of over 6 months in countries outside the UK.
- Full 5-year history - Please ensure you bring full details of previous employment/education/other.
- 5-year address history.
- If the role requires airside access additional checks and security interviews will be conducted.
