My client is a legal 500 law firm, currently on the lookout for a Child Care Solicitor to join their office in West London.As a Child Care Solicitor, you will:
  • Represent parents, guardians, and local authorities in care proceedings
  • Handle complex public law children matters, including care and supervision orders
  • Work closely with social services, expert witnesses, and other stakeholders
  • Prepare case strategies, draft legal documents, and attend court hearings
  • Advocate for clients in family courts and ensure their rights are protected
About You:
  • Qualified Solicitor with 2 years’ experience in child care law
  • Experience in Legal Aid-funded cases
  • Children Law Accreditation (preferred or willing to obtain)
  • Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload with empathy and professionalism
