Role Responsibilities:
As a Lead Estimator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Driving and winning work within the fitout sector and passive fire solutions
- Chasing down leads and tendering for works, putting together quotations, and winning orders from clients
- Managing your own workload and overseeing other estimators
- Knocking on doors within the current client base and seeking new clients where opportunities arise
- Reporting directly to the board of directors
What We Are Looking For:
- Lead Estimator: With experience in tendering for works, putting together quotations, and winning orders
- Proven track record in sales, lead generation, and client management
- Ability to manage a team of estimators and workload independently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to various sites in and around London
