Sonic Summary

We are seeking Class 1 Cargo Drivers for a leading company in the airfreight industry.
Candidates must have a minimum of 24 months of recent HGV driving experience and a valid CPC and Digi tacho.
The salary ranges from £18.36 to £21.76 depending on the shift taken, with various working hours including nights and weekends.
Drivers will be responsible for trunking runs and may need to wait at airports for shipments.
This position is ongoing and based in the Heathrow area, with the requirement for basic DBS and appropriate PPE.

Class 1 Cargo Drivers We are looking for drivers to work for our customer who is a market leader within the Cargo airfreight industry who are prepared to be flexible in their approach, prepared to do long distance driving as well as airport only duties.You will need to have:

Basic DBS (this can be applied for)
Cargo Operative Driver qualification including a copy of certificate and training record
Valid CPC and Digi tacho
Minimum 24 months HGV driving (Cat C+E) recent experience.
No more than 6 points (No DR or IN)
Must have the correct PPE

Class 1 Driver Details:

Salary Ranges from £18.36 -£21.76 depending on shift taken
Nights out shifts may be required
Working hours: Various shifts (Days, Nights, weekends)
Location: Heathrow Area
Duration: Ongoing work

Role of a Class 1 Driver

Trunking run; trailer swapping at UK Airports
Airport shifts waiting on airport for shipments imports and exports picked up or delivered to cargo sheds around Heathrow or UK Airports.
