Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to parts requests from customers and workshop staff
- Provide expert advice on the selection and availability of parts
- Ensure accurate stock control and assist in ordering parts
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Maintain an organised and efficient parts department
