Location: Surrey/South West London

We are seeking a dynamic and creative TV Technology Strategy Manager to join our team, working closely with the TV Research Team and driving the evolution of TV technologies across broadcast and streaming platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tech pre-sales and business development support for emerging TV technologies transitioning from R&D to commercial deployment.
  • Represent the company in EU & National TV Standardisation efforts, contributing to the development of new TV standards.
  • Explore and identify new technical and commercial innovations within the EU TV market.
  • Analyse and respond to evolving EU regulations impacting the TV business.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Electronics, Natural Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of consumer electronics technologies and business drivers.
  • Expertise in digital audio/video fundamentals and the broadcast and streaming value chain.
  • Knowledge of SmartTV web technologies and trends.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present effectively at external events and conferences.
  • Proficient in developing and executing business strategies to meet objectives.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to support business needs.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in embedded software development.
  • Familiarity with content creation, broadcast/streaming industries, or the broadcast B2B sector.
  • Fluency in an EU (non-English) language.
