Technical Support

Our client is looking for a contract Technical Support contractor for a long term 12 month assignment. For this role you will be proficient with SQL, Unix and Scripting.

Skills/Experience

  • Recent hands-on experience within a technical support environment.
  • Understanding of Object-oriented programming languages like Java.
  • Knowledge of the components in the web applications stack.
  • Scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell.
  • Knowledge of Linux/Unix.
  • Good Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Personal commitment to quality and customer service.
