Technical Support

Our client is looking for a contract Technical Support contractor for a long term 12 month assignment. For this role you will be proficient with SQL, Unix and Scripting.

Skills/Experience

Recent hands-on experience within a technical support environment.
Understanding of Object-oriented programming languages like Java.
Knowledge of the components in the web applications stack.
Scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell.
Knowledge of Linux/Unix.
Good Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems.
Personal commitment to quality and customer service.
