Our client is looking for an IT Manager to take responsibility for managing the company's IT infrastructure.
The role is to deliver a seamless operation and also flawless security across all digital systems.

You will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day management of IT systems, leading IT projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing technology solutions that enhance business efficiency.

Day to day duties include:
- Oversee the day-to day management of IT systems, networks and servers (hardware & software)
- Management of a small team, building team spirit and motivating team members
- Administrating of user accounts
- Installation, repair and maintenance of all IT hardware/ software throughout the UK operation.
- Identify areas of improvement within the business of the IT infrastructure
- Lead IT projects (infrastructure/ deployment of new IT systems)
- Provide front-line support for staff members alongside the other members of the IT Team
- Supporting, appraising, developing and coaching the team of engineers
Required skills and qualifications:
- Ideally previous experience managing a small team within an IT environment
- A strong understanding of relevant technologies such as Windows Operating Environment, Cloud Services, Virtualisation, Hosting, Networking and Storage
- Experience with:
o All major operating systems (including windows, iOS and Linux)
o Administrating Azure cloud infrastructure
o Administrating Microsoft active directory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) to complement technical proficiency, facilitating effective collaboration and problem-solving
