IT Onsite Support Technician - Staines

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITHIN I.T. IN AN EDUCATIONAL SETTING

Microsoft operating systems, Windows server, Anti - virus, WAN, Cisco, MS Servers, Azure, AD, Software licences, School, IT, Technician, Office365.

A growing Technology Services Provider are looking for an IT Onsite Support Technician to work in a school in Staines. You must have excellent experience with Windows 10, office 365 and cisco networking technologies maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems and networks.

The Onsite IT School Support Technician will need to be DBS checked. As the successful IT Onsite Support Technician, you will need to have knowledge in Windows operating systems and how they work in a local area network environment.

Key Skills the IT Onsite Support Technician will have:

  • Windows Operating Systems - 10/8/7
  • Proficient with Active Directory and Office365
  • Ability to explain technical terms and situations to non-technical people
  • Experience of maintaining and working with WAN connection
  • Cisco networking technologies - switches, routers
  • Software backups and licences
  • Anti-virus tools
  • Any knowledge/experience working on LGFL systems is a bonus

You will have the opportunity to shadow 3rd line engineers and learn new technologies.
