My client is a well-established law firm in SW London currently seeking a highly skilled  and experienced Senior Family Solicitor to join their team.As a Senior Family Solicitor, you will play a key role in providing expert legal advice and representation to clients facing a wide range of family law matters.Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence cases.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring their rights and interests are always protected.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies.
  • Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and agreements.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on case progress and address any concerns.
  • Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and support staff as needed.
Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor with 5 years PQE in family law
  • Proven track record of success in handling complex family law cases from inception to resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and case law.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client service.
