My client is a small maintenance provider based in the Bagshot Area, seeking a mobile maintenance plumber/mechanical engineer to join their team.
Candidates should have city and guilds, NVQ, or equivalent qualifications along with experience in commercial building maintenance.
Duties include performing all planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on various mechanical systems and components.

Mobile Mechanical/Plumber Maintenance Engineer

My client is a small maintenance provider based in Bagshot Area, they are currently seeking a mobile maintenance plumber/mechanical engineer to join the team. You will have your city and guilds, nvq or equivalent as well a background in commercial building maintenance.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance

Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on plant, pumps, motors, seal's, boiler checks, AHU's, fan coil's, AHU's, changing water cylinders, water heaters, pipe work copper and pvc, changing sinks, cisterns, general paper work, working with client.

Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary is up to 50K, plus van, phone, tablet, overtime, company benefits.
