A returning client of mine is on the hunt for a Marketing Coordinator. This position will play a pivotal role in their multi-channel marketing and communication campaigns. This all-encompassing role also focuses on PR, events, and sponsorships, and requires a professional who can manage engaging campaigns that educate, raise awareness, and generate revenue in line with their business objectives.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Support and deliver marketing campaigns, including budget management and monthly performance analysis, ensuring alignment with the brand and company communications strategy.
  • Assist with campaign delivery, meeting deadlines, adhering to budgets, and contributing to strategic marketing planning.
  • Collaborate with agencies, contractors, and business stakeholders to produce blogs, news articles, award submissions, and more, targeting key media titles while monitoring daily news and competitor activity.
  • Manage content and updates on our website, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Oversee the smooth running of campaign workstreams, from copy design to online integration, and develop new ideas to leverage brand, PR, and marketing opportunities.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of external events, ensuring they are executed professionally and within budget.
  • Interpret brand guidelines to write engaging copy and provide creative direction.
  • Identify and manage sponsorship opportunities that leverage our position within the sector.
  • Support additional marketing activities as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree level education.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a preference for public relations and events.
  • Experience within the private healthcare sector is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to support, create, and develop content for campaigns and events.
  • Experience with media relations and securing press coverage.
  • Competency in software packages such as Office 365, Mailchimp, Analytics, WordPress, Salesforce, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent planning and copywriting skills.
  • Creative with the ability to interpret brand guidelines.
  • Good project management skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
