Email Marketing Specialist
- Drive impactful email marketing campaigns by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define segmentation, cadence, testing, and tactics.
- Ensure best practices and compliance to maximise customer engagement and action.
- Manage campaign timelines, calendars, approvals, and internal reviews.
- Leverage marketing automation systems (e.g., Marketo) and integrations for seamless execution and lead flow.
- Onboard and train stakeholders, maintain documentation, and guide them through the email campaign process.
- Integrate email with other marketing channels (social, content, paid).
- Analyse campaign performance, present insights, and implement A/B testing for continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for email and nurture innovation and optimisation.
Skills:
- Proven expertise in email marketing and customer lifecycle management. Strong project management skills for handling multiple projects.
- Excellent collaboration abilities in a complex, international environment.
- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data.
- Experience with Marketo (preferred), AEP/AJO (a plus).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and independent.
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on segmentation, campaign management, and email strategy.
