Earnings Potential
This is a commission-only role, which means your earnings are entirely in your hands. Average weekly earnings range from £450-£600, with top performers making £24k-£30k annually. Plus, extra financial incentives for exceeding targets, rewarding those who put in the effort.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A passion for customer service and engaging with people.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or any role involving customer interaction is a plus (but not essential – full training is provided).
- Ability to commit to at least four days a week, Monday-Saturday (full-time is preferred).
- Must be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK with no restrictions to subcontractor work.
