We have an exciting 6 month fixed term contract opportunity for a talented and driven Global HR Business Partner to join a dynamic team, supporting a key, Global Function.

As a strategic and hands-on HR partner, you will work closely with business leaders and employees across multiple geographies, shaping the people agenda and driving impactful HR initiatives that align with the business strategy. From talent management to organisational development, you'll be able to add real value and implement new impactful initiatives. 

Highlights of the role;

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals

  • Partner with global teams to manage talent, performance, and organisational design

  • Drive key HR initiatives in workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development

  • Collaborate across HR Centres of Excellence, regional/country HR, and corporate functions

  • Analyse and report on HR data to support decision-making

  • Embrace a hands-on approach—supporting everything from operational HR to executive coaching

About you;

You’re a confident, global and collaborative HR professional with:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels

  • High proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting

  • Proven experience navigating complex, matrixed, multi-cultural organisations

  • A proactive, agile mindset with strong project management skills

  • A passion for people, performance, and business impact
