Our Ashford based client is recruiting a Sales Office Supervisor to join their small, but growing team. This is a varied role, where no two days are the same and you will have a positive impact on the business. Salary up to £40,000.Main Responsibilities include:

Managing and motivating a team
Devising key KPIs on functions such as queries and call volumes
Manage daily stocks
Resolving invoice queries within timeframes
Regular discussions with stakeholders
Lead on relationship/account management with larger contracts

Knowledge & skills:

Effective key account management
Line management experience
Negotiating skills
Self motivated
