Projects / Contracts Manager key Skills/ requirements:
- Ensure the delivery of the projects within the budget and time scales specified
- Experience as a Projects / Contracts Manager delivering social housing / planned maintenance projects
- Focus on the motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget
- Focus on quality, customer service and deliver
- Driving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering of extra works
- Client and tenant satisfaction
- Process Management
- Management of the customer
- Have an understanding of the financials on the contract
- SMSTS & NVQ Level 7 or equivalent
- Knowledge of MS Project
