ASSISTANT LETTINGS MANAGER– Residential Lettings Agency

Salary: OTE £47k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

We are looking for a candidate who loves Residential Lettings, thrives on putting deals together and can win new lettings listings in a competitive marketplace.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator /AssistantLettings Manager who wants to move their career on to the next level and be part of a truly successful and developing team.

You will be a pivotal part within in the team carrying out Lettings valuations, negotiating deals and seeing the lets through to completion. The right candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience, be proactive and self-motivated and possesses great customer service and communication skills.

The Company: Our client is an expanding Independent Sales and Lettings agency, that pride themselves on their high levels of customer service they provide to their clients and who have an energetic approach to winning business.

Skills required for this Assistant Lettings Manager (Residential Lettings) – role will include:

  • Experienced residential Lettings Agent
  • Extensive Listing / Valuations experience
  • ARLA qualification preferable
  • Superior sales ability
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of Ashford / Staines and the surrounding area helpful
  • Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
