They are currently looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team in Staines-upon-Thames. The company will happily consider a trainee with a confident and outgoing personality, and who has gained valuable experience within a similar sales or customer focused industry.

The role will involve:
• Registering prospective purchasers• Arranging and accompanying viewings• Sales negotiation and progression• Handling offers• Overseeing the successful negotiation of the offer to a sale.
In addition, you will need to be able to demonstrate:
• Experience within residential sales would be advantageous• Experience within a target driven sales environment• Excellent face to face customer service skills• The motivation to succeed• A confident and professional manner• Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity• Good presentation and communication skills• Full clean UK driving licence and own car.
This position will come with a basic salary of up to ÂŁ30,000 depending on experience, plus on target earnings set to be in the region of ÂŁ30,000 to ÂŁ50,000.
