Vacancy: SALES VALUER / LISTER – Residential Lettings Agency

Salary: OTE £50k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Are you an Instruction Winning Estate Agent? If you are, we have an exceptional vacancy at an energetic Estate & Lettings Agency in the Staines area for a highly skilled sales lister.
The role is to go out and win new business in Staines and surrounding areas and convert market appraisals to new listings.
To be considered for this role you must have previous estate agency experience, a proven track record of achievement in a property sales role and significant successful experience of valuations and listings.
The perfect candidate will be highly self-motivated, well-presented, well spoken, eloquent, charismatic, engaging, charming and specifically, be capable of winning new business at the right price for the right fee.
You will also be innovative and capable of spotting new and valuable business opportunities.

The skills required for this Estate Agency Sales Valuer /Lister role will include:
- Experienced residential estate agent
- Listing / Valuations experience
- Superior sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Staines and surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
