Location: Slough (Office-based, 5 days per week)

  About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Lead Administrator to join our client, one of the uks largest construction and property services company. The role sits with in their Residential Solutions Team in Heathrow. In this role, you will oversee all administrative functions for a high-impact planned maintenance project, supporting a planned maintenace project of properties in the heathrow area. As Lead Administrator, you will manage a team of two administrators, ensuring all project communication, documentation, and operational support meet the high standards required for this project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor two administrators, ensuring high levels of productivity and professional development.
  • Project Administration: Manage and update all project systems and trackers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at each project phase.
  • Communication Management: Maintain clear and effective communication channels, including email, phone, text, and written correspondence, ensuring consistent updates on appointments, project milestones, and completions.
  • Compliance and Standards: Support operational teams in meeting internal and external compliance standards, as well as specific client requirements, to guarantee quality and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
