High energy, sharp minded consultant to join a very successful team focused on automotive recruitment.

You’ll be given a 'warm’ desk with qualified vacancies, active PSLs, collaborative team and a vibrant culture. Your objective will be to develop and nurture a pipeline of candidates ready for high volume contract placements. In particular HGV and vehicle mechanics in and around the London area.

  • Qualify a fully laden ATS to track and engage skilled candidates whilst producing meaningful data and metrics to speed up recruitment delivery
  • Conduct daily interviews with candidates responding to vacancies advertised on Social Media, Job Boards, LinkedIn, Mailshots. Understanding areas of expertise, salary and motivations. This will be done via phone / Teams and will include taking up references, Right to Work checks and other recruitment compliance.
  • Intelligent marketing of top candidates to clients via phone calls and email to rapidly secure interviews.
  • Work with PSL’s to fully understand hiring timescales, budgets and processes and in doing so build lasting, profitable relationships.
  • Client site visits (driving license desirable but not essential)
  • Managing company Facebook page engaging with Groups and individuals to market current vacancies, gain attention and interest through content creation, blogs, sharing industry news and events.

This is an in office role interacting constantly with your colleagues (no hybrid or WFH). It’s busy, it’s noisy, it’s fun so you’ll need to resilient, self-reliant and motivated by your targets .

Ideally we’re looking for someone with a recruitment or account management background gained in automotive or engineering environments where asking lots of questions, gathering information and building relationships is second nature. Maybe you haven’t worked in these areas but you’ve got a naturally outgoing personality, aren’t afraid of a target, can talk to most people and understand cars / HGVs or plant machinery … we’d like to hear from you too.
