The main purpose of this role is to support our consultants who are currently managing an increased workload due to continuous demand and in doing so you will be working alongside some of our most prestigious clients!
The successful individual will not only get the opportunity to learn from an experienced Recruiter in a fast paced and challenging role but will also be given the opportunity and autonomy to grow within the business and earn plenty of commission along the way!
Role Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £20,000 £25,000 + Generous OTE
Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00 - 17:30)
Holiday: 25 days + Birthday and Bank Holidays
Location: Staines
Job Role:
- Communicating with Candidates on a daily basis, mainly via phone calls
- Searching for Candidate CV's utilising Job boards such as Reed and Indeed
- Updating information and weekly activity in house CRM
- Arranging candidate meetings both face to face and via Teams/Zoom
- Interviewing Candidates for potential job opportunities
- Ensuring all relevant documentation is received for compliance purposes
- Obtaining references from past/current employers
- Uploading and posting Jobs onto Job Boards via Broadbean and LinkedIn
- Dealing with a variety of issues from both candidates and clients in a professional manner
- Ensuring all timesheets are received, completed correctly and authorised from candidates
- Making weekly calls to candidates to ensure all information is current and up to date
- Ensuring that you hit weekly and monthly KPI's/Targets set by your manager
- Ensuring all candidates and clients receive the best possible experience
- Acting as the first point of contact for candidates employed by Right Now
- Other ad-hoc administration when required

Desirable:
- Previous exposure to a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the Logistics/Aviation sectors
- Previous experience in a customer/people facing role
- Experience in a telephone-based role, managing and developing relationships
