Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Overseeing a portfolio of clients worth approximately 500k, including limited companies, partnerships, and individuals.
  • Accounts & Tax Preparation:
    • Year-end accounts preparation
    • Management accounts and VAT returns
    • Corporate and income tax returns and computations
  • Compliance & Advisory: Monitoring statutory compliance in accounts and taxation matters, advising clients, and holding client meetings.
  • Team Supervision: Supervising junior staff, planning and monitoring work, providing training, and assessing performance.
  • Business Development: Promoting the firm's services and managing new client onboarding.
  • Liaison: Regularly liaising with the partners of the firm.

Requirements:

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA with at least 2 years post-qualified experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of UK practice background.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to supervise and delegate tasks effectively.
