My client is a global blue-chip heavily involved in IT projects. They are seeking a Service Coordinator to join the team focusing on both planning a transition of services for new contracts as well as coordinating Service Operations.

Responsibilities:

Service Transition -

  • Training ownership of service systems
  • Participation in Business Acceptance Testing

Service Desk ticket handling:

  • Incident Management Triage, Assignment and Updating
  • Service request assignment
  • Ensuring SLAs are met
  • Raising of incidents

Performance Reporting:

  • In month monitoring of performance
  • Preparation of performance reports

Experience

  • Experience working in ITIL environment
  • Knowledge and experience of data analytics and reporting
  • Experience in incident management
  • Stakeholder management

This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week from home.
