Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Proactive Service Co-ordinator who is organized and possesses strong analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.
The position is Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm with no hybrid options available.
The salary for this role is up to £30,000, depending on experience.
Key responsibilities include arranging planned servicing and coordinating site visits for faults and repairs.
Candidates should be prepared to liaise with customers, record data in the system, and manage incoming requests via phone or email.

We are recruiting for a Proactive Service Co-ordinator who is structured, organised with a passion of analytical thinking in a fast paced environemnt.

Monday- Friday 9.00am- 17.30pm No Hybrid options

Paying up to 30,000, dependant on experience.

Two key job responsibilities to the service coordinatorrole:

Arranging the planned servicing
Arranging the site visits for faults and repairs

Duties to include:

Liaising with the customers
Recordingdata in thesystem
Answering incoming requests (via phone call or email)
Process information from customers and book callouts for engineers.
