- Oversee referrals, assessments, tenancy sign-ups, and manage tenancy breaches
- Deliver one-to-one support to a caseload of residents, helping them achieve personal goals
- Provide effective team management through supervision, training, and performance reviews
- Ensure properties are safe, well-maintained, and regularly inspected
- Manage rent collection, liaise with benefits and finance teams, and address arrears
- Lead safeguarding responses and represent the service at multi-agency meetings
- Facilitate resident engagement events and respond professionally to complaints and incidents
- Proven ability to manage housing services, support teams, and work independently
- Strong knowledge of the benefits system, safeguarding, and landlord/tenant law
- Excellent communication and administrative skills, including report writing
- Experience of liaising with external agencies and attending court if required
- Confident in managing challenging situations and providing holistic resident support
- 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- 3-month contract, covering the permanent recruitment process
- The pay range for the role is £20.00 to £25.00 per hour LTD company rate.
- The PAYE equivalent is £17.05 to £21.31 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay.
