Technical ArchitectStaines-upon-Thames Initial twice a week in the office for 6 weeks, twice a month thereafter£80,000-£100,000I’m currently working for a hugely innovative software business who have been going for over 28 years and operate within the logistics industry, partnering with an impressive portfolio of global clients, providing slick and efficient delivery solutions which are used worldwide. They have recently embarked on a new project which has triggered expansion across their IT teams and are now looking for a Technical Architect to join the team! The company are also an award-winning business, winning various awards within their respective industry but also being recognised in the UK’s best workplaces list for 2023!This is a brand-new role which will cross-over into many areas from producing high level enterprise solutions whilst working closely with stakeholders, leading the development team from a technical standpoint and working alongside the Senior team playing a huge part in the technical direction of the business.You will come from a development background (ideally .Net) and be happy to support with coding which will make up roughly 20% of your time. You will lead a sub-team of 4-5 developers from a technical standpoint and support with training, upskilling and code reviews but not officially manage them.Their office is in Staines-upon-Thames and will require office working of twice a week for the first 6 weeks until the project launches and will then refer to twice a month thereafter.Technical Architect – Technical Requirements
  • £80,000-£100,000
  • Strong development background and 2-3 years’ experience with Technical Solutions.
  • Confident with solution implementation and producing high/low level designs.
  • Has experience leading a development team from technical standpoint.
  • Code reviews, coaching, code quality and documentation.
  • Great stakeholder management experience and collaborative with multiple teams.
  • Their Tech Stack: C#, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Visual Studio, Azure, SQL.
