If so, we are looking for someone to join our team in Laleham as a Yard Operative.
You will help us serve the needs of our customers, maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the yard. You will have complete ownership of stock control, and maintain the greenery around the site. Each day will be different as you assist in plant, care, storage and maintenance. You will be promoting our core values with great customer care and showcasing your skills and professionalism.
In return for your expertise, you will get:
- Salary of £12,000 (Based on a 20-hour working week Monday to Friday)

What can you expect as a Yard Operative at phs Greenleaf?
- You will be responsible for waste removal and ensuring skips are used correctly.
- You will assist in the planting and maintenance of our troughs, hanging baskets and greenhouse.
- You will have complete ownership of stock control and storage.
- You will assist with the loading of vehicles, using forklift trucks and tractors and completing relevant paperwork.
- You are supplied with the tools and equipment youll need to provide the best quality service to our customers.
What will you need to be a Yard Operative at phs Greenleaf?
- Safety and legal compliance are a must. We welcome applications from people with a good safety record.
- As this is a physically demanding job you will be required to lift and carry on a daily basis.
- Experience within the horticulture industry or as a supervisor/team leader will be beneficial.
- Preferred qualifications are FLT, PA1/6 and Lantra.
