The Technical Sales Engineer will be:
- Proactively reaching out to new and existing clients to identify needs and generate new orders.
- handling incoming sales inquiries.
- Preparing quotes for new and existing customers
- Occasionally travelling to customer sites
- Building relationships with clients
- Working with other teams in the business such as production and warehouse
The ideal Technical Sales Engineer will have:
- Demonstrable experience in technical sales roles, showcasing a track record of driving new business and maximizing existing opportunities.
- Experience generating new business along with maximising existing business too.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office packages
- A background in engineering or technical sectors, preferably within electrical installations, providing a solid foundation for understanding client needs
