JobPurpose:
Todrivethestandardincustomercare.Toprovidetechnicaladviceandcarry
outvehicleinspectionstoprovideadiagnosis,maintenanceandrepairwork,in
accordancewithourclientsapprovedtechnicalprocedures,inordertokeepvehiclesin
optimumworkingcondition.
Tomaintainthehigheststandardsofsafety,andtomeetalllegislativeandcorporate
standards.YoulldemonstrateourclientsPurpose,Principles,andAmbition(PPA)inall
dealingswithcolleagues,customerandprospects.
KeyResponsibilitiesandAccountabilities:
?Deliverthehighestpossiblelevelsoftechnicaladvice,serviceandmaintenance
toallourclientscustomers,onFordandotherbrandvehicles.
?Workwithintherelevantprotocols,asdictatedbylegislation,thecompany,the
manufacturerandrelevantsuppliersatalltimes.
?AssistSeniorandMasterTechnicians,andundertakelearninganddevelopment
asprescribed.
?Maintaincomprehensiverecords,inanappropriateandtimelyfashion,and
ensurecolleaguesdothesame.
?Createandmaintainasupportivecultureforallcolleaguesinlinewithourclients
PPA.
?Committoongoinglearninganddevelopment.
?Deliverallservicesinthemostresource-effectivemannerpossible.
EssentialRequirements:
?FullyqualifiedCity&GuildsLevel2or3orNVQLevel2or3qualificationor
equivalent
?Demonstrateabilitytomanageprocesses,administrationandpaperwork.
?HavepreviousAutomotiveTechnicianexperience.Ideallyyouwillalsohavean
MOTTestingqualificationandsomemaindealershipexperience.
?Demonstrateabilitytosupport,coach,andcounselanddevelopcolleaguesand
juniorteammembersandtodeliverhighstandardsoftechnicaladvice,service
andmaintenancetoallcustomers.
?Fulldrivinglicenseheldforaminimumof6monthswithfewerthan9penalty
points.
