Using excellent customer service skills, you’ll identify and recommend appropriate parts and ensure the timely delivery of them to customers. The ideal candidate will possess experience and technical knowledge of automotive parts sales and be commercially minded.
Salary – Up to £31,000 Per Annum
Location – Heathrow
Role Type – Full Time / Permanent / 8-5 or 9-6 / Monday – Friday + alternate Saturdays 08:00 – 12:00

The Role
You’ll assist technicians by looking up parts needed for vehicle repair, as well as answer phone calls and assisting walk-ins and wholesale customers with their part needs.
You’ll also keep track of all incoming or outgoing parts for the dealership and locate available parts when the dealership is out of stock.
As well as this you will be expected to handle part payment collection and make sure all parts are billed appropriately and package and ship parts back to the manufacturer.
It would be beneficial if you have experience using parts ordering systems although this is not totally essential.
