Salary and Benefits:

  • 26k plus additional benefits.

  • Full-time position, 8.45am to 5pm, working from home.
  • Must be happy to commute to Staines, as you will be required to travel there twice a month for team face-to-face meetings.

Training:

  • Comprehensive training on the role and the systems we use will be provided.

Role Focus:

  • Client Management: Manage our growing client base by handling service requests, order management, appointments, and more.
  • CRM System: Learn and integrate your daily interactions with our clients into our new CRM system.
  • Cross-over Sales: Promote and sell a wide range of products, including bean-to-cup coffee machines. Earn commission on any leads you pass to the sales team that result in a sale.
  • Answering phone calls to the company mobile and landline.
  • Responding to web chat enquiries.
  • Answering emails.
  • General day-to-day office administration.

Daily Tools:

  • Xero: For accounting.
  • EngageBay: CRM.
  • PandaDocs: Proposal and document generation software.
