Our client, in the environmental sector has an excellent opportunity to join them at recycling production site to play a pivotal role in supporting maintenance team.
This is an opportunity to work in a strong and stable industry sector working with the most up to date environmental processing equipment.
The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager this role is responsible for providing welding services to support the maintenance team to ensure the shredders in our production plant are safe, secure and working.
As part of the Maintenance team you will assist in the provision of maintenance for this manufacturing site.
As our Welder you will ensure that you are working in a positive Health & Safety culture.The Successful Welder
The ideal Welder will be experienced in hard facing.
As our Welder it would be advantageous if you have worked in the environmental sector or in manufacturing and production.
Previous experience of working within Health & Safety legislation is required and a positive approach to all health and safety matters is a necessity.
Experience of working within and meeting SLA and KPI requirements
The ideal candidate will have a positive, cheery and can do personality and attitude.
This role would suit an individual who is keen to develop themselves as our business also grows.
